Travel Insurace

Once you have booked our villa and booked your flights for that holiday of a lifetime don't forget your travel insurance. A good travel insurance policy will cover all aspects of your holiday from cancellation due to unforeseen eventualities through cover for lost luggage or medical emergencies.

Anyone planning a holiday to America is strongly advised to take out adequate insurance especially for medical cover, the US is an expensive place to be taken ill and hospital treatment is VERY expensive - even for a minor operation. We personally know someone who developed appendicitis whilst on holiday in Orlando, Florida and the operation cost £36,000 - good job they had the insurance cover!

To secure your dates for our villa we require a non refundable deposit to confirm your booking, a good travel insurance policy will refund this to you if you do need to cancel.

If you plan to travel more than once per year it will be more cost effective to buy an annual travel insurance policy to cover all your vacations in any one year. All our recommended companies sell individual or family policies.
