How to Book | Payment Options

Not got flights arranged yet? We will hold a provisional booking for up to three days while you arrange flights after this time a completed booking form and deposit will be required to confirm the dates. For help finding a cheap flight to Florida click here.

We will also take bookings up to three years in advance and you can secure the future booking at the current years rates, all we need is a non-refundable £100 or $150 deposit for each week booked.

If you are ready to book our villa :-

First you need to check we have your required dates available.

Second, before you send us a booking form, you need to confirm the dates and total cost; please use one of our contact methods to check your required dates are available and the total cost for your stay.

Third print off and complete our Booking Form or use the online version by e-mail

Fourth please read our Terms and Conditions then print and sign. (Not required if you use the online booking form).

Fifth Send us the completed forms and either the deposit or if it is less than eight weeks to your arrival the full amount due.

Sixth Have a great holiday. We are sure you will enjoy our villa as much as we do.

Payment Options

We prefer payment by bank cheque in either UK£ or US$.

We can also take payments by credit or debit card via PayPal (4% surcharge).

NOTE - Paypal is required for all bookings not in UK£ or US$ and last minute bookings when a cheque will not have time to clear the banking system. Please note that all PayPal payments will have a 4% surcharge as this is what we are charged by PayPal. This is a very safe and secure way to pay, Paypal is a well established and respected online payment company and is owned by eBay the online auction site.
