Historic Bok Sanctuary

The focal point of the Bok Tower Gardens is the Bok Singing Tower, an incredible 205’ tall. It includes a 60-bell carillon and is made of pink and gray marble. Recitals are heard daily at 3 p.m. with clock music on the half-hour starting at 10 a.m. The Tower itself is closed to the public, but visitors may enjoy permanent exhibits in the Education and Visitor Center depicting the interior of the Tower as well as the carillon instrument.

The gardens leading up to the magnificent Tower are captivating as well as serene. The Bok Tower Gardens is well worth a visit and you’ll learn as much detail as you wish about architecture, the blooming gardens, and the carillon. It is also the site for many weddings. Special events are ongoing, year-round, and include special breathtaking flower displays, carillon recitals, storytelling festival, New Year’s celebration, and more.

The Pine Ridge Preserve offers a one-mile trail where visitors may enjoy the rare plants and animals of Florida's ancient sandhill, as well as the more common longleaf pines and turkey oaks. Window By the Pond nature observatory gives a glimpse of daily life in a freshwater pond.

Silver Springs Nature Park

Silver Springs Nature Park is a 350-acre theme park, located at the headwaters of the Silver River, which is the largest artesian spring formation in the world. Just as it has for centuries, the spring pumps out 550 million gallons of sparkling-clear spring water every day. Surrounding the springs is a wonderful display of animals and nature unlike anyplace else in the world. The park’s unique blend of history, natural resources and wildlife is a fun and wonderful hands-on experience for everyone. Located just 90 miles north of Orlando, Silver Springs Nature Park has beautiful grounds for walking, where you can enjoy seeing some of Florida’s wildlife in their natural habitat, such as alligators, endangered bears and panthers. There are glass-bottomed boat rides, a petting zoo, concerts and other special events at the park, as well as education programs that offer a wealth of opportunities for children of all ages. In addition, Silver Springs Nature Park has a variety of rides and exhibits for the whole family, all set in a gorgeous, natural environment.

Cypress Gardens Adventure Park

Relish the rides, roller coasters, Water Park, historical botanical gardens, and famed butterfly arboretum! We had a fantastic time here and even at Easter the lines were almost non existent. The water ski show was great and the gardens are lovely. The rides aren't on the scale of Disney or Universal but our kids loved them. We will definitely be visiting again.

Splash Island Water park at Cypress Gardens

Cool off at the all new Splash Island Water Park. Welcome to Orange Blossom Balloons! We provide the most exciting Hot Air Balloon Rides in Orlando, Florida 7 days a week every morning at sunrise. Our program begins at 6 am with a pre-flight briefing, We then board our vehicles and head off to one of our 25 launch sites (Depending on the wind direction).

All passengers are invited to join in the inflation process as your balloon comes to life. We will fly for one hour. Your Pilot will point out all the spectacular sites of our area. Train Land International

See the world recreated in miniature at Train Land International, just what the conductor ordered for train enthusiasts young and old. The museum has one of the nation’s largest indoor G-gauge layouts (with tiny tracks only 1.75 inches wide), and you can see scale-model Aristocraft, LGB, USA, and Bachman locomotives pulling fourteen continuously operating trains through a vast wonderland of forests, farmland, cities, and mountainous wilderness. It’s quite a sight to watch the trains barely miss one another as they emerge from one of the thirty-two underground tunnels, cross one of the twenty-four bridges, or round a curve and switch onto a new track. Don’t leave without hopping on the trolley that takes you for a ride through the outdoor gardens.

Winter Park Scenic Boat Tour

Enjoy a relaxing one-hour narrated cruise through twelve miles of Winter Park’s tranquil lakes and canals. Every tour guarantees plenty of swaying palms, towering cypress trees, lush ferns, and flourishing sub-tropical flowers. Float by the Kraft Azalea Gardens, Isle of Sicily, opulent private homes, and exquisite estates sprawling along the shores.
