REMEMBER our prices are for the villa NOT per person and are fully inclusive of the 12% sales and tourist tax imposed by the state of Florida.

| Stays of less than 7 nights will incur a surcharge of £50.00 or $85.00 to cover the cost of cleaning the villa. |

| Stays of 3 weeks and over will receive a discount of at least 10% on the above rates - the longer your stay the bigger the discount. |

|
|
|
All bookings will have a £150.00 or $225.00 security deposit added to the final invoice. This amount will be refunded within 30 days of your departure from our villa as long as no damage has been reported by our Management Company. |
